The medium-haul passenger aircraft Tu-204-100 is the basic model of the Tu-204 family of aircraft, which were developed by the Tupolev Design Bureau to replace the Tu-154 aircraft. Serial production of the Tu-204-100 began in 1990, and in 1996, its commercial operation began.
Tu-204-100 of all modifications in a small number continues to be produced now.
